My Values as an electrician
I have always worked under strong values aimed at always surpassing my customers expectations for both quality of work and over all customer service.
My relationship with the customer starts with the very first moment of contact and carries on through, till the customer is absolutely satisfied with the completed work. When you employ my services you can be totally assured of the level of commitment and that the work will be carried out quickly, tidily and accurately. Any contact you have will be well mannered and respectful and will leave you feeling relaxed with me working on your property. I am proud of my workmanship and of my past levels of customer satisfaction and always aim to improve still further. My History as an electricianI have worked in the Sudbury area as an electrician for over 25 years.
For the first 10 years, after leaving school, I worked for a local company building and installing various electrical control panels and spent the evenings studying hard to broaden my technical knowledge and to gain an understanding of the industry. I was then invited to work for a large local electrical contractor where I was able to cover a wide variety of types of electrical work both domestic and industrial. This gave me valuable experience of tackling a wide variety of work and in many different situations. The area I gained most satisfaction from was the domestic electrical market, and working directly for people in their own homes. I worked for this company for over 10 years and had built up a great reputation, so I decided to set up my own business. PM Electrical Services East Anglia is extremely successful and has built up an impressive reputation which I am immensely proud of, and keen to improve still further. I am very lucky to enjoy my job, I get huge satisfaction from completing a job and exceeding the expectations of my customer. My Promise as an electrician

My Charity as a person
Although not directly relating to my business, I would like to take this opportunity to mention a little about an extremely important charity called "Hope for Tomorrow"
Two years ago my fiancee was diagnosed with breast cancer and received the most amazing, and potentially life saving, treatment which was made all the more bearable by it being a mobile service.
My fiancee and I have been campaigning and raising money, in the hope we can make someone else's suffering a little more bearable.
If you would like to find out more or think you would be able to donate towards this truly important cause, then please click here to go directly to the Hope for Tomorrow website.
